Party Decorating Ideas and Tips

party decorating ideas tips : :
Parties are a lot of fun, but they require planning. It is easier to plan a party when you have figured out a theme. There are thousands of themes to choose from, such as music, sports, casino, summer, Mardi Gras, or a poker party. Choose colors that you will be using throughout your party. Use these colors on streamers, balloons, and other decorations.

Table and Chair Decorations

Depending on the type of party, there are many fun ways to decorate a table. For formal parties, cover the table with a floor-length tablecloth. Layer a smaller and sheer tablecloth on top. Tie a gossamer bow behind the back of each chair. Allow the tail of the bow to drape across the floor. Use plates, glasses, and napkins that match the colors of the party. Place a couple of disposable cameras on each table. Collect the cameras from your guests at the end of the night, and you will have party photographs. Decorate with candy, if it is a child's party. Scatter 3 to 5 different kinds of candy such as lollipops, Tootsie Rolls, mini chocolate bars, and Pixie Sticks over the tablecloth. Sprinkle with shiny confetti. Use balloon centerpieces on the tables. Gather 3 to 5 balloons that are of different heights and tie them securely with curling ribbon to a balloon weight. Use a bag of candy stuffed with tissue paper as a balloon weight.

More Ways to Decorate With Balloons

Balloon decorations are a great way to create a festive atmosphere. Gather 5 to 10 helium balloons, and attach colorful curling ribbon to them. Place these balloon bouquets throughout the room. Use balloon clusters to define a specific place, such as the guest of honor's head table or the dance floor. Your guests will enjoy dancing among balloons. Allow helium balloons to float to the ceiling. Display the name of the guest of honor on custom-made balloons. Attach a few helium balloons or streamers to the back of chairs. Place a balloon arch at the entrance of the venue. Drape Christmas lights, streamers, or ribbons from the arch. Sprinkle confetti and ribbons on the floor. Tie balloons to banisters.

Decorating With Streamers

Twist two colors of crepe paper streamers before you hang them, for a 3-dimensional look that displays both colors. Attach multiple streamers to the center of the ceiling, and drape them to the opposite facing walls. Or select a focal point in the room, such as the guest of honor's chair. Attach multiple streamers from this focal point to random points in the room. Hang streamers over doorways. Decorate outside of the venue as well; don't forget trees, shrubs, fences, and gates.

Beer Masters on Facebook
Site Manager - Shannon The extent at which I like beer may border on the ridiculous, but I have always felt that the people who love beer for all the right reasons are the kind of people we need more of in this world.

I want to make beermasters.com a portal for beer enthusiasts and experts from around the world. This is a place to share experiences, favorite beer recipes and pubs and to learn all there is to learn about the art of making and enjoying beer. Think of this place as the best neighborhood pub ever...sure I can't pour you anything from a tap, but as soon as someone invents that star trek food making thing, we will all get hilarious together.

and it will be awesome.
