BBQ Party Decorating Ideas

bbq party decorating ideas :
Barbecue parties can be a lot of fun. Sometimes, though, a host doesn't put the same amount of work into decorating for a barbecue party outdoors as he does for an indoor party. This doesn't have to be the case for you. There are plenty of ways you can fire up your barbecue party by adding a theme to the party itself. Find a few decorations to set the mood, and then create a menu that matches the theme and your barbecue party will be remembered for more than just the food.

Tailgate Party

At your next barbecue, turn it into a tailgate party in your backyard. Hang streamers along your fence or house in your favorite sports team's colors. Find cutout graphics to hang from your fence or doors of your house to indicate you are a sports fan. Find sports equipment that you can decorate your yard with that is also functional such as horseshoe pits, washer toss games, volleyball nets and bean bag toss games.

Tiki Bar

The meat coming off your barbecue should be the focus of your barbecue party, but dressing up your house or backyard with a tiki bar theme will add a little island motif to your barbecue party. Line your yard with tiki torches and light them before your guests arrive at the party. Give each guest a Hawaiian lei as they arrive at your party, and ask them to arrive in island-themed attire. Create an outdoor bar area with a blender so you can make your guests fruit-flavored island style drinks to remind them of the tropics at your barbecue party.

July 4th Theme

Make a patriotic theme for your barbecue party at your home. Hang American flags from the fence and your home to decorate the back yard. Plant smaller handheld flags around your yard outlining your party area. July 4th and fireworks go together, so create your own by having sparklers available for your guests to light once the sun goes down. You could even play a game by placing names on a sheet of paper on the back of each guest with a patriotic American theme, and have each guest try to find out who he is by asking other guests questions about the nametag on his own back.

Beer Masters on Facebook
Site Manager - Shannon The extent at which I like beer may border on the ridiculous, but I have always felt that the people who love beer for all the right reasons are the kind of people we need more of in this world.

I want to make beermasters.com a portal for beer enthusiasts and experts from around the world. This is a place to share experiences, favorite beer recipes and pubs and to learn all there is to learn about the art of making and enjoying beer. Think of this place as the best neighborhood pub ever...sure I can't pour you anything from a tap, but as soon as someone invents that star trek food making thing, we will all get hilarious together.

and it will be awesome.
